We hope that you love your order as much as we do, however if you would like to make a return we have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back the order if you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once you have received approval for the return of your order from us, the package must be received into our warehouse within 28 days of your initial delivery.

Please follow the steps below to return your online purchase

  • Please contact us to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. You can contact us by email at: Upon approval of your return, a returns address will be provided.
  • In the returns parcel please include your invoice number and product information regarding the ‘Reason for Return’. Your invoice number can be found on the invoice sent via email to the purchasers provided email address on ordering. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently.
  • If you decide to make a return then please take care of the items and do not use them. With the exception of faulty goods, we cannot accept the return of products that have been used. The items must be sent back in the original, undamaged packaging (even if they are faulty). This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in wrapped up in all the protective packaging. 
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service and retain the tracking reference as we are not responsible for lost parcels. It is your responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

Once received back at our warehouse and fully inspected, we will process your refund less any original postage cost. Please Note: your refund will be returned to your original method of payment - this may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.

Damaged & faulty goods or incorrect item received

In the unfortunate experience of damage or fault, please report this to us as soon as possible. To notify us that your product is damaged or faulty or if you have received the wrong item please contact us by email at: You will need to attach photographic evidence of the faults or damage.

In extreme cases where damage is visible prior to delivery being completed please reject the delivery so that the goods are returned with the driver back to us at Acasa London. Please notify us immediately if this happens.

If the pictures confirm the damage/fault reported, you can choose for either an exact replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible or a refund to be sent to your original method of payment. Unfortunately we cannot send you a different product as a replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

Sometimes on our website we provide care guides for our products that advise you on how best to take care of them. We’re therefore not liable for any faults that may arise that have resulted from not following this guidance.

We always try our best to make sure that the descriptions, images and prices on our website and in our literature are accurate. Sometimes we can’t control this (for example, different computer screens present colours in different ways), but if you spot something that you think isn’t accurate please let us know and we’ll try to change it as soon as possible.
